GetUnpostedTransactionRecordsList

This function retrieves a list of unique Transaction ID's which are unposted and created in the Active Club system.
Transactions that are marked "Transfer" in the ACS transferred field will be added to the array.

Test

The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.
