Managing customer pickups

If your business offers more than one location where customers can pick up merchandise in person, youʼll need to let Λctiv8 support know the names of all the locations, the applicable sales tax at each one, and which one will be considered the default pickup location. The list of alternative pickup locations will then be available in the Customer record and on the customer profile page, and Λctiv8 Manager will apply the correct sales tax to transactions at each location.
