Transactions with free shipping

Λctiv8 Manager does not provide a specific action for shipping a package to a customer at no cost. To ship a package for free, you can either:

Adjusting the Customer discount

To change the shipping discount for a customer:

  1. In the Customer list, open the customerʼs record in the Customer – Data Entry dialog.

  2. On the Shipping tab, change the value of Special Ship Discount to '100.00.'

  3. Click Save.

All shipments to this customer will now be shipped at no charge.

Adjusting the Package discount

To change the shipping discount for a package:

  1. In the Package list, select the package and open it in the Package Data Entry dialog.

  2. On the Details tab, adjust the Discount amounts as needed.

To make this change for multiple package sizes at once, use the Update Package Data command from the Actions menu.
