Confirming package delivery

When Λctiv8 Manager receives a notice from the shipper that a package has been delivered, it normally sends the customer a confirmation notice by e-mail, using the Sched Delivered job. Occasionally you may need to send this confirmation manually.

To send a delivery confirmation:

  1. In the Transaction list, select the transaction.

  2. From the Actions menu, choose Send to Customer : Email Package Delivered to Recipient : Send.
