Reports from list views
In addition to the club dashboards and the on-demand and automatic reports, Manager lets you create a custom report from any data list display. In most lists, the Output menu lets you print or e-mail selected records from the list, or export them to an Excel spreadsheet. When used together with the list views and saved searches, list reports provide a flexible and efficient way of summarizing data in any form you need.
To create a data list report:
Search the database for the records you want to print.
Select a list view to display the columns youʼre interested in.
Sort the list as you want it to appear in the report.
In the data list, select the records you want to include in the report.
Use the Report Setup dialog to format the report as needed.
