o make managing your business more efficient, Λctiv8 Manager provides a variety of reports that contain detailed data on every aspect of club, retail, and online operations. The term report also refers to any of the many kinds of e-mailed or printed message that Manager sends in response to system events such as membership changes and sales transactions.
- Dashboard reports monitor overall performance: club membership statistics, financial status, and declined credit cards. You can view these reports from within Manager, on the web, or in Λctiv8 POS.
- The system generates on-demand reports when you issue a command from the Actions menu in Λctiv8 Manager, or from one of the menus in Λctiv8 POS. For example, you can send the membership data e-mail from the Actions menu in the Customer list. These reports are based on templates which you can modify to suit your needs.
- Automatic messages and reports are produced by system jobs that run on regular schedules or in response to system events. For example, Manager produces daily and monthly club financial reports containing details of inventory sold, selling price, and profit realized. Like the on-demand reports and messages, many of these jobs use editable templates to provide formatting, addressing, and other details.
- In Λctiv8 Managerʼs data lists, the View menu also offers many ways of organizing and viewing the list data: each of these views lets you create a customized data list report.
