Exporting Person records

Person icon The Person list stores information on any business associates or contacts. You can export these records to make them available in your Microsoft Outlook address book. Manager creates a comma-separated (CSV) data file, which you can import to other applications.

To export Person records:

  1. In the Person list, search for and select the contacts you want to export.

  2. From the Actions menu, choose Export to MS Outlook.

  3. In the Transfer File dialog, choose a location and name for the transfer file.

  4. Click Save.
