The Person list stores information on any business associates or contacts. You can export these records to make them available in your Microsoft Outlook address book. Manager creates a comma-separated (CSV) data file, which you can import to other applications.
To export Person records:
In the Person list, search for and select the contacts you want to export.
From the Actions menu, choose Export to MS Outlook.
In the Transfer File dialog, choose a location and name for the transfer file.
