Managing club memberships
A member is a customer who has (or has had) 'Active' status in one or more of your clubs. New members can come from in-person visits to your tasting room, sign-up cards returned from a direct marketing campaign or trade show, or on line from your web site.
Most of the work of managing club memberships takes place in the Customer list. Here, you can add a new member or update an existing memberʼs profile information. You can also manage prepaid and gift memberships, place a membership on hold, or cancel a membership.
