In addition to the predefined system messages, Manager also lets you compose and send free-form e-mail messages, containing any text, images, or formatting you wish. Like the system messages, you can save these as templates, which you can update and reuse whenever you wish.
One advantage of sending e-mail from within Manager is that it lets you use the systemʼs e-mail tracking and analysis tools to monitor the status of outgoing messages, troubleshoot delivery problems, and create detailed reports. The tracking system follows both system messages and custom e-mail that you create.
