How can I review the e-mails that have been sent to members?
You can view either a list of e-mails that have been sent to a list of members, or a list and the contents of e-mails sent to a single member.
To view the e-mails to a list of members:
From the Customer list, select the members you want to review.
From the View menu, choose Email History. This view displays the list of e-mails or letters sent to the selected customers.
To view the e-mails to a single member:
Select a member from the Customer list.
From the Search menu, choose Email History. This displays the list of e-mails sent to the customer.
In the Job Queue list, double-click an item to view the details or the content of the e-mail.

How do I change the address on an Λctiv8 Manager administrative e-mail?
To change the From: or To: line in e-mail sent to members or administrators:
In the Merchant list, select the entry for your company and open it in the Merchant – Data Entry dialog.
On the Email tab, change the FROM: and TO: lines as needed.

Is there a way to prevent a club member from accessing his profile on line and allow us to manage it through Λctiv8 Manager?
A member wants to remain active in the club, but does not want his information to be transmitted via the web. You can disable web access for any member.
To disable web access for a member:
From the Customer list, open the memberʼs record in the Customer – Data Entry dialog.
On the General tab, remove the Username and Password from the Web Access pane.
