Error: "Corrupt Cabinet File"
The cabinet (.cab) file is a compressed archive containing all the files needed for installing Manager. This file can sometimes become corrupted, and can often be repaired:

From the menu, choose Programs : Active Club Manager.
Click Repair Corrupt Cabinet File and follow the prompts.
Λctiv8 Manager runs slowly
In some areas, Internet connection speeds may be too slow to make the most of Manager. Try using the Remote Λctiv8 Manager.
Can I use Λctiv8 Manager to access multiple databases?
You can run multiple copies of Manager to access different databases simultaneously by creating additional Windows shortcut icons: see Accessing multiple databases.
How do I turn off the chimes/cuckoo clock?
In the Preferences dialog, clear the Sound Effects On check box.
The Job Queue list keeps popping up. How do I turn it off?
When you perform a task from the Actions menu, Manager opens the Job Queue list to display the jobʼs status as it runs. Λctiv8 recommends that you leave this feature enabled, as it provides immediate feedback on the jobʼs progress. (See Viewing server jobs.)
To disable it, open the Preferences dialog and clear the check box Open Job Queue Window with Batch Actions.
