Once youʼve set up the wizard steps for your clubs and created the package templates, the wizard is ready to manage a club release. Before each release, youʼll need to perform some steps to ensure that all the data the wizard will use is correct and up to date:
Verify inventory: If you have new inventory items to be included in the current club selection, youʼll need to be sure youʼve added them to the database so that theyʼll be available for the club package.
Verify inventory stock: If you use Managerʼs inventory management system, youʼll also need to verify that the inventory items are correctly entered in Inventory Stock records for the locations from which theyʼre being sold. Create and update the records, and transfer stock to inventory locations as needed.
Check package templates: Before running a club, double-check the template for the package to be used to ensure that all details are correct. Update or create new templates as needed.
Review customer records: The wizard will read details such as club memberships and pickup or ship preference from the Customer record. Any comments or special instructions on the General tab, however, must be handled manually.
Itʼs also wise to review customersʼ Expiration, Suspend, and Restart dates (on the Membership tabs). The wizard will not include a customer whose membership in a club is not 'Active.'
