henever you take an action that involves a charge or a credit to a customer account, Λctiv8 Manager creates a transaction record in the database. The Transaction list displays all of these records, and you view and edit the details of individual transactions by opening them in the Transaction – Data Entry dialog.
We can describe transactions in three main groups:
You can view any selected customerʼs transaction history from the Customer list, and for sales analysis and marketing purposes you can track the source of transactions. To alert you to transactions with credit-card payment problems, Manager sends a daily “Transaction Analysis” report.
Finally, if you use QuickBooks Accounting, Manager can export transactions directly to it.
